• You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.
• No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Send an email to: agustina@juanadearco.net to ask for a return specifying reason for return.
• All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.
• All items are returnable, with the exception of the following: Items marked final sale, headbands, lingerie, Hair Ties.
• We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

• STEP 1: Contact our customer care team at agustina@juanadearco.net to ask for a return "Request Return".
• STEP 2: Check your inbox for a pre-paid shipping label once your request has been approved. If you have not received one after your request, please check your junk folder. Still missing? Contact agustina@juanadearco.net

• Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. Please allow additional time for international orders.
• Returns will be refunded, you can expect the refund in your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.
• You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

• If you have requested an exchange, it will then be shipped to you with a new email for tracking.
• If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact agustina@juanadearco.net and we can help you out.

• Shipping options may vary depending on your delivery address. Within the US territory will be between 2-10 business days for $5.99 or free if the order value is over $100.
• For international shipping, your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We'll email you tracking information when the order ships. Please note that standard international shipping fees don’t include taxes or duties, and they may differ depending on your region. You can expect your order within 5-10 business days (times varies depending on destination) for $40.

• Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait another 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier. All orders placed Monday - Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
• Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
