What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return.

Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s).If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Send an e-mail to: to ask for a return specifying reason for return.

All items must be unworn with the original tags attached.

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Headbands
  • Lingerie
  • Hair Ties

We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

How do I return an item?

STEP 2: Check your inbox fora pre-paid shipping label once your request has been approved.If you have not received one after your request, please check your junk folder.

Do you offer exchanges?

We are so sorry, but we are no longer accepting exchanges.

Ultimately we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible.

If you are in need of a different size, color, or item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact and we can help you out.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center.Please allow additional time for international orders.

Returns will be refunded, you can expect the refund in your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
